Personalisation

Any products that has been personalised cannot be returned or exchanged since they are individual, a bespoke piece. When ordering the piece, you will be asked to confirm that the wording is correct as mistakes cannot be rectified afterwards. Please be aware that these are handmade, not done by a machine, so there may be imperfections.

Exchanging

If you wish to exchange your item for a different piece, this can be done up to 14 days from purchase providing that the item has not been damaged, is in perfect condition and in the original packaging. If the value of the new item exceeds the original, you will be required to pay the difference. If the value of the new item is lower than the original piece then the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase. Please note if the item has been personalised, it cannot be exchanged.

Methods of Payment

Items are classed as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault happens within three months of purchase. Items damaged as a result of general wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. All items are checked and quality controlled before leaving our shop. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately. In most instances, we will offer to repair the faulty item.

We will email you as quickly as we can to confirm your order and arrange payment. All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and you will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering. We use secure payment facilities for all purchases.

You can pay for your order online by PayPal or bank transfer. We will not dispatch an order until payment has been received.
